Q...How do I qualify for these great offers?
A...Check out our eligibility list. If you qualify under one of those headings then you may register to become a member. Membership is free when registering and before accessing all our offers.

Q...What will I receive for my membership?
A...Access to all our exclusive offers, only available to people working in the travel industry, some retired people and friends. Regular newsletters detailing up to date travel offers including other late offers open to all.

Q...How do I make a booking?
A...Log in....select your travel arrangements ...fill in the enquiry form ...email  or fax it to us. You may also deliver it to our office in the arrivals hall in Dublin airport – Airport Staff Travel - On receipt of your enquiry we will check availability and revert to you with confirmation or otherwise. At that stage you will be required to pay in full or a booking deposit. You will then receive written confirmation with invoice or receipt from us with all details of your booking.

Q... Why do I have to pay in Euros?
A... StaffTravel is a registered Irish company and is situated in Southern Ireland. The legal tender in Southern Ireland is the Euro and therefore we must accept all transactions in Euros.

Q... Why are prices quoted in other currencies?
A... To help provide our members with the best possible price, we have kept the same currency as the one we received our contracts in.

Q...What happens if I cancel?

A ...We always recommend that you take out insurance to cover the possibility of having to cancel for unforeseen insurable reasons. If you do not take out our insurance we require confirmation from you that you have your own adequate insurance. Cancellation charges will apply as per our booking conditions. Our insurance covers airline failure and job redundancies.

Q...Am I on standby for flights?
A...Flights booked through StaffTravel.ie are confirmed.

Q...Is my accommodation only confirmed on arrival?
A...No. Your accommodation is confirmed by us after your enquiry, subject to availability and is a confirmed reservation.

Q...How do I receive my tickets and vouchers?
A...Airlines no longer issue paper tickets. Your tickets will be etickets which we will email to you with your unique airline booking reference and you simply present this at check in with your passport. Accommodation /car hire vouchers /insurance certificate /will also be emailed to you.

Q...How will I receive my cruise documents?
A...Cruise documents will be, mailed to you at least one week in advance of your departure.    

Q...What if I need to change my flights?
A....Alterations to flights may be permitted after the ticket is issued based on that particular airlines conditions.  An  administration fee of €50 will apply in addition to any charge levied by the airline.
